Our founding team brings a breadth of experience: scaling companies from pre-seed to Series A, growing consumer apps to 15,000 users in 8 weeks, and senior leadership at some of the world's largest banks, including C-suite and board level roles. We have run end-to-end delivery for North America's biggest financial institutions, including two of the three largest banks in America, coordinating cross-functional teams to ship at scale.
The role
We are looking for someone to own and scale sales across both SME and enterprise. You will shape the funnel from the ground up, build the motion, and run deals end to end across deal sizes. This is a founding commercial hire, so you get real ownership of how we sell and who we become.
What we're looking for
We are after someone with deep B2B sales experience, ideally in AI, SaaS or services, who can sell to a founder one day and a procurement team the next. You should be comfortable building process where none exists and closing while you do it.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and open to discussion, with meaningful equity for the right person. We would rather find the right operator and build the package around them than box it in early.
